1. How to Enter: To enter, visit http://service.virco.com/naesp/drawing.htm, complete the online entry form and click on the ENTER NOW link. All required fields must be completed for entries to be valid. Entries must be received by 5:00 pm Pacific Time on the second-to-the-last business day of each month for inclusion in that month's drawing. Late entries will not be accepted for the month in which they are entered and will not be valid for subsequent months. To be eligible for a drawing in a subsequent month, entrants must re-enter in that month. One entry per person only per month. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.
   
   
2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes entry is open to anyone age 18 or older on the date of entry. Not eligible are employees of Virco Inc., or NAESP, members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and members of their households (whether related or not). Void where prohibited by law.
   
   
3. Drawing and Notification: A winning entrant will be selected in a random drawing held on the last business day of each month. Virco will attempt to contact the winning entrant at the e-mail address and/or the phone number provided by the entrant on the entry form. If the winning entrant does not claim the prize within 10 business days, such person will be disqualified and no prize will be awarded for that monthly drawing.
   
   
4. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
5. Prize: One prize, consisting of a Virco model 2635A Ph.D.® task chair will be available to a winning entrant through each monthly drawing. Approximate retail value including delivery (as priced for schools) is $190.00. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at their sole discretion.
   
   
6. Prize Conditions: All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   
   
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice and statements for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media, without further compensation.
   
   
8. Sweepstakes Conditions: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects, and waive any right to assert any claims with regard to the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. The Sponsors reserve the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in their sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the sweepstakes should the Sponsors (as determined in their sole discretion) become incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned, in which event the prize will be awarded by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
   
   
9. Limitations on Liability: Winner and entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any claims relating to the operation of this sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages, or liability to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or part from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize in this sweepstakes.
